1. General Provisions

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing bonus winnings, you must complete wagering of 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not including the deposit.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be usable on specific games.
• More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time, unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• The time limit for meeting wagering requirements will be stated in the relevant promotion's guidelines.
• If any fraudulent activity related to a bonus is identified, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

4.4 VIP Program

ji99's VIP program has four tiers, each with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

You can advance to a higher tier based on regular activity and loyalty.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Gaming Rules

5.2 Bet Cancellation & Voidance

ji99 reserves the right to cancel or void any bet in the following circumstances:

5.3 Sports Betting

• Operating an account or placing bets on behalf of a minor

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using hacking, bots, or automated tools on the game software
• Money laundering or depositing and withdrawing funds of illegal origin
• Stealing or misusing another user's account information
• Exploiting platform errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Coordinated gaming or collusion against the platform

Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and applicable legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

The logo, brand name, design, content, source code, and all creative elements of the ji99 platform are the exclusive property of ji99. No part of these elements may be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
